Plugging away at this. Next up is a series of meetings with local business owners to ask questions about their needs, assets, what they could use help with, and their local supply chain. And inviting them to participate in designing our system etc

We actually decided to pursue the smaller meetings AFTER instead of before our Builders Workshops on the topic, partly out of necessity because we had too much other work. But it's working out well - the first Workshop on the topic (shared in the files) set some good groundwork, the Economic Democracy Conference in between the two helped push it forward, and this Thurday's coming up will help us be ready to have a better series of outreach meetings than we would have earlier. More detail in the presentations and reports
