Artist Bailout: A public meal designed to solicit community driven financial support and democratically fund new work by artists in Los Angeles
The Echo Park Time Bank has hosted three Artist Bailouts sinse 2010. Time Bank members earn time credits by cooking, cleaning, organizing, tech and documentation. Several Time Bank members also gave presentations as artist participants and won mini grants to realize their creative projects!
